is Cocoa seedling not available anymore?

Trying to make Wakuu’s favorite. I’m currently at Fall, Town Rank D but Sam doesn’t sell the seedling. I remember having a cocoa tree during first year so not sure why it isn’t available this time?

Yeah but they’re all summer seedlings. I don’t see any Fall new ones since I’ve entered Fall. The seeds though have been updated.

yeah its only fruit plants which grow in winter that need rank C

every winter crop requires rank C
