Hello saw some people becoming a mermaid how do you do that?

After you complete the quest to heal the coral tree (activate orbs for all 4 kelp zones) you’ll get mail from the oracle for a quest and completing it will lead to the mermaid form

[tardy sky]

You must fully clean the ocean, later you get a message that you should visit the oracle.
