Crashing while using Architect Mode and Bug in Greenhouse

So I encounter few problem while playing this game since the last update:

1. When you're using Architect mode, if you accidentaly place tress on a pathway (the block is green so i thought we can put tree on a pathway), the game crashed.
2. I want to clear up my greenhouse, but everytime I destroy the plant/corps, there was an animation it destroyed but nothing changes on the field (you can see my 2nd video). I tried to go out and come inside but it still the same.
