Has anyone gotten stuck under the water and unable to summon their anchor? I have been under water for four days and can't get the anchor to spawn even with a restart or new save. I've tried rebinding the key a few times, but no luck, and I even swam all of the water to see if that would help, but I still can't find the anchor.

So you’re not surfacing when you pass out or are you staying at the barracks? Why don’t you just use one of the waypoints to leave?
