Unfortunately that is an older FAQ post, the newer one at the bottom (#❓coral-faq message) shows the change of plan:

What about platforms? When is the console release?
We're currently focused on developing the game for release on Steam/PC. Coral Island will be available on consoles, including Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, after PC's full release. We will announce the date when we have more to share.

So it will be sometime after the 1.0 Full Release
