I’m playing coral island latest patch on steam deck, I was spring 1st year 3. I was using the architect desk when the game crashed.
When I rebooted my save file is on winter 19th year 2.

Might just stop playing i guess

For Steam Deck, please click 'compatdata' (filepath:/home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata). From there, you will see lots of folder with random number, Coral Island folder should be the one with code number '1158160'. Enter that folder, into the pfx folder, then drive_c folder, then you can follow the file path here: Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames then open the "Backup" folder 🙂
