Im on Year 1 (Summer) I received a mail from Paul asking for green tea. Is this a bug? I believe tea would be available during winter.

I remember that quest coming to me in the summer too, so I don't think it is a bug. I simply thought it was something like he was thirsty in the summer heat and needed help.

You can, grow tea leaves in winter (once you unlock winter seeds by increasing town rank to C iirc) then make the green tea in the keg
