Hi, I don't know if this is a technical issue or not, i can't move by holding aswd keys without the menu screen popping up, especially with the d key. I have tried to reset the setting but it did not work 😦 i connected the keyboard by cord so i don't know where the problem lies TT Please help

What do you see in the key bind map? Do the arrow keys work?

yeah arrow keys do work but it just would be a bit inconvenient to use other shortcuts as well
