did they change the radius for the scarecrows? I had a perfect setup to cover all of my crops but now suddenly they only cover 11x11 tiles an my layout doesn't work anymore. 🥲

Yes, they did. There should now be an ultimate scarecrow, but no more 15x15 ones 😦

Yup, I feel you, I had to do the same thing; I believe the ultimate scarecrow is a "lab" thing, not 100% sure, as I don't have one yet ;o

Same here, not the first time that they've changed the scarecrow radius without telling us though and it's something we should be notified about. I had my garden set up perfectly to fit the 15x15 coverage and now have to have overlapping scarecrows for a while. I'm am not happy ....
