Have my house fully upgraded but no flooring, wallpaper or items will go in any of the 3 rooms? Is this a known bug?

Can you place them when you enter decor mode?

Nope. The main room you start with and the expanded kitchen and the first landing upstairs are fine. I can wallpaper, do flooring and place items, it's the 3 added on rooms up top. I can go into them regularly, but when I'm in decor mode I can't put items in the room(the items stop at the doorway like they're blocked) and I cannot use wallpaper or flooring (but they get used up from my inventory when I try tonise them on those rooms).
