I adopted a pet but he doesnt show up on my farm even after buying Pet House and Pet Bed. Is this a bug?

I could not place it in my house, so I put the Pet House outside

Pet bed can be placed indoors with decor mode. There’s no outdoor pathing set for the pets so they’ll just disappear if you don’t have indoor furniture for them
