#consistant crash when going to sleep

i have been trying to get to the bottom of this one for 2 rl days now, and probably around 6-7 ingame days

it is the 4th of summer. when i go to bed after a day of doing stuff im crashing consistently. ive been trying to go to bed early so not the full day will be lost.

i wake up, head on outside to check on my essences,
from there i move through my farming part of my land down to the animal area.
i open each for the animals to exit then enter to put down some hay

(some days i did next part some days did not) grabbed some of the produce the animals have given, first day the new animals (4 llamas, 4 peafouwl, 4 new quals) give items.

(next is each day) go to the top of my 3 sheds, retrieve items from the auto chest.
exit and head up to put the things into my selling bin.

(next is several things ive tried to do during rest of day)
tried to upgrade sapplings at ling to silver quality (few times)
gone hay hunting by cutting grass, mid forest gets a tad glitchy and game freezes for split sections int his area
gone ossium mining in lvl 15-or 25.
gone ossium kelp hunting, and finding new critters to put in museum.
go to bed early to attempt to save the day

i honestly have no clue what is causing this crash

update: followed the normal day except any "out of farm activities" no crash

next day did very quick farm chores, went to lings lab to get sapling upgraded to silver quality, then went directly to bed. no crash. i am now hellishly confused what is causing this

crashed the next day after normal farm work + trying to put large gesha coffee been into offering. so im going to just put that into the alter and go sleep and see if thats it. though i know for certain some of the crashed days i had no large coffee bean to offer, so that cant be what the crashes are about.

put large gesha bean into offering, waited for my farm to finish replanting, then went to sleep, and crashed. was this the cause?

ok played 2 early sleep days, day 1 took the large gesha coffee bean to alter, went to sleep, day 2 did a bit of farm work then went to sleep. no crashes on either of those. ill record day by day for a bit and see if it happens.
