Merfolk Kingdom Stores (Potential Spoiler)

Are the stores in the Kingdom still a work in progress? I've healed all the reefs and I've had my tail for a solid season at least and it still says I'm not allowed to enter the General Store. Am I missing something?

General store should open day after you get your tail. This may be a bug

I'm having the same issue (though i have only had my tail for a few days), but the game says I'm not allowed to enter anything (asside from the palace and the oracle) and I can't seem to talk to anyone but the King, Queen, Oracle, and Agung... no one else even has the option.

and all the merfolk still have their relationship hearts-whatever things locked.

The relationship hearts locked is not a bug, but not being able to talk to them is a known one

Relationship hearts will unlock once 1.1 is out and you can befriend & romance merfolk.

ok thanks! So I slept one more time and then could enter the store and tattoo shop, but no one was in them... I guess they just aren't functioning yet.

Just go up to the counter in the general store and you can buy new tops to go with your tail.
