I updated few days ago when August/September update came out, and since then, there's no seeds or plants available at Sam's. I'm in year 1 winter day 25. Is this a bug or is this normal?

Yeah, I wasn't thrilled when I saw I had gone down a rank with the new update. I was kind of hoping there was a way they could have let us keep our progress and just keep going from there.
