Anyone know how to trigger this? I received mail to meet her at the beach after work on the day but the cutscene never happened.

I'm following this for answers, but I'm assuming that the 8 heart events haven't been added yet, I have 8 hearts with Yuri and Scott and neither of them will trigger for me. I'm assuming they'll trigger when dating gets added in because I think that may be the heart requirment for dating.
