How do I get the keg recipe cause I can't seem to find a way to get it? I have a couple from getting quests done but I want the recipe.

If you are level 9 you should have it by now. Do you mean the aging barrel? If so you don’t get the recipe for that until 10, so it isn’t in game yet. You can get 2 right now - 1 from Jeff in the post and 1 from an altar.
