I recently encountered a major issue in the game where, after waking up in the Merfolk Kingdom, I suddenly found myself teleported back to my home and experienced an event related to a pet I had purchased the day before. Unfortunately, after this event concluded, I began experiencing a continuous crash where my character falls through the ground repeatedly.

I'm really enjoying the game, and it would be a bummer to lose my progress. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to recover my game files? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

Hi @nocturne mural. Thank you for the report. Could you let us know how frequently you’ve encountered this crash? And when you encounter the crash, are you sleeping in the Merfolk Kingdom or your farm house? 🙂

I'm also having this issue. Went to sleep in the Merfolk Kingdom and had my house upgrade trigger in the morning. Next thing I knew my farmer was stuck falling through the floor too.

I also experienced this happening from my house being upgraded and then falling. I used the "I'm stuck" button and it doesn't change
