Game crashes during specific cutscene with Nina and Millie

Reproduction steps: Initiate cutscene with Millie and Nina in the library. Walk a few steps into the community center to trigger the heart event and it gets to a point in the dialogue where Nina interrupts Millie and then just freezes.

Input Mode: Steamdeck Controls

Reproduction rate: Tried 5 times

Game Version: Fall/Merfolk Update

Please include the xml file "C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes" remove the brackets and type in your username in the search

The game never crashes or produces a crash report unfortunately. It just sits there, with the idle animations playing for the characters. Entire program needs to be closed to recover the game.

Hi @iron depot. Thank you for the report. Do you remember what day in-game does the cutscene occurred? And may I ask what is your relationship level with Nina and Millie? How many hearts do you have? 🙂

I have the same bug. Game crashes during this cutscene. It is 3rd year, autumn 4th for me ( but it occurs once a couple days ago). I have 8 hearts with both of them.
