I have no idea what I'm meant to do in the underwater caves? Where do I go, what do I do? Do I just keep clearing trash? Any advice would be helped. Also, side note - How the heck do I catch the Atlas Moth?

Caves are a perpetual source of trash, coffers and fossils. A door will open and you find more trash. To get out you just use the fast travel lantern in each room and it will take you to outside of the cave.

I always catch them from font on. Alternatively, if you have unlocked flying insect traps, throw one down near the cemetery in the mid forest and I always get them there.
