I got this cutscene after clearing the gold kelp area.
I thought this area would be the empty circular space just at the bottom of the entrance of the Deep Sea area, but I went there and it wasn't the right place.
Where is this area? Do I need to go there to access the osmium kelp area?

dont need to visit her, just need all sites restored in gold before you can go to osmium
check back in your mid area of gold, you likely are missing a couple there
