#How do I delete my save file?

I want to delete my save file and start a new one, but I can’t figure out how. I’ve looked at other guides, but none of them worked. They all said to find things like AppData, but I can’t find any AppData on my files. If anyone knows a way to delete a save file that doesn’t require a college degree in software engineering, please let me know. This is on Windows PC
