I've donated 217 of 251 items to the museum but it states I'm only museum rank D.. is that an error? I feel like ive got a LOT of donations but only rank D?

My ocean rank says 20/200 but I've completed all pre-mermaid Kingdom activation points and 20 within the kingdom itself..

Not sure if the update hasn't synced with my current game..

I have the same problem with mine with every rank while i'm nearly complete with all the collections

Same I was 15 points away from rank A but got demoted to Rank C..

I also lost one city ranks (so goodbye winter seeds) and my museum now is E with 144 items…

Good morning. The same for me I was Rank B before the update and now back to rank C.

There is a max of 340 donation items. You’ll get points for completing collections as well.

The points it shows is just how much you need for next rank, not how many items you donated

So do we know how to raise museum rank if you are only missing a few items? I believe I’m at 175 still D and like at least 500 points to the C

You raise museum points by donating (3 points per item) or completing collections (50 points)

You also get 50 points for museum expansion quest completion

My ocean rank is showing 0/200 even though i have the first 40 locations healed

Here is the point breakdown:

The journal shows you the points you have earned only, they don’t indicate anything beyond that. Each rank starts at 0, you don’t get to see overall score.

Heritage is based on altar, each altar offering completed is 50 points.

Museum is points from item donation and completing quest line. 3 points per item, 50 points per collection and 50 points when museum expand is complete.

Ocean is based on coral sites. 10 points per.

There are bonus points for other actions but some are spoilers.

If points are not being tallied, please make a bug report. But keep in mind that once you reach next rank it only shows points for that rank, not total overall
