#Game crashes when using "Auto" items

I've noticed that any time I place/use the Auto items (auto chest, auto trash collector) when it's time to save the game, it crashes.

Hi ! Can you describe more about what actions/activities you take leading to the crash? Did you receive any crash log from the crash?

Sure. I purchased the recipe for the Auto Chest from Ling. I built three of them and set them up in my shed to process kelp essences. Things were processing fine. I ran around the town talking to various npcs until about 8pm in game. I went to sleep in my house and the game crashed. A crash log came up giving me the options to send it and restart, which I did. I did this a few time to see and the game only seems to crash when I have the auto chest built. Also I'm playing this on steamdeck if that matters.

Same - I ended up crashing the first day with the auto chest 3 times , then I finally skipped setting up the chest 2nd auto chest & fishing, 2 in game days later I tried to build & set a second auto chest up again in my shed & the game crashed again when it went to save at the end of that day.
