Game is So Slow even Optimised With Geforce Experience...

I was Have 1050 ti with 16 GB ram... I Tried before in high and game is Plays on 20 fps and İt's camed Little Laggy and after i Switched Geforce Experience's Optimized Settings for 1050 ti... But Still game Stills on 20 fps and sometimes goes 10 Fps. I need use in Low for Smooth Gameplay and Low Give Max 40 Fps anormally... İs there any fix for that ?
