it just means you have no things on that tab- it isn't a bug
you have increases either half a heart or a full heart on relationships and then you have a new quest

I am still a bit confused. I’ve cleared all quests and the blue diamond is still showing. You mentioned it is there if there are new things and also mentioned it is there if there are no new things (maybe that was a typo?)
Here is a video (sorry for the noise), all quests complete and rewards collected but diamond is still present.

Usually an indication of something new/ a change. Under mastery tab it’s an indication you have skill points to use.
But there’s a bug with quest tab that keeps showing them as new even though they are not.
For relationships it usually signifies you’ve unlocked hearts, cutscenes or dialogue.

Absolutely! Thank you. I saw a ticket for the “new” quest bug, this is slightly different. Think a new ticket should be created for this?
