I've been farming the wind gate and have had several wind skullys drop water essence. Obviously, this isn't normal. Has anyone had luck in the last month getting wind essence. I saw Sarah Sunstone also having a similar problem.

I mostly attack the slimes, cats and skulls wind variant and have had a few wind essence drop. Mostly from the cats. Essence drop rate is low in general though

I did confirm the slimes of wind gate drop the essence. Had about 4 drop in one room, but not much after that. Didn't know the cats drop them too. I'll have to adjust my strategy now. I've been avoiding what I can to speed things along. And yeah, it's slow work.

Green slimes have been my source of wind essence. I farmed most of today and came away with 6 of them. The green skullys consistently give me water essence. I would say avoid them if your going solely for wind essence.
That being said, I don't think it's a bad thing to farm them for water E, but if you are going for speed, it's probably a waste of that time that could be used for other things. Otherwise, the other gates have the proper elements to the proper creatures.

That's a helpful clarification. I too have been trying to farm these and noticed the drop from the slimes, but not so much from the skulls. It's nice to have it confirmed.

Oh please!! Farming slimes is getting old really fast.
Does anyone know if anything is being added to the coffer drops? As in added to what comes out of coffers?
