Is there a way to manually trigger cutscenes?

I was almost at the end of the wind mine when I realized I hadn't gone to the giant village in a hot second and most likely hadn't done the cut scene with the water giant, I was almost at the end of the mine so I thought, whatever, I'll just go when I'm done, but when I freed the wind giant and went to the village after I didn't get either cut scene

I went a few days ahead and tried visiting not first thing in the morning/other times of the day and nothing.

Did I mess up or is there a way to trigger the scenes? If I did mess up is there a way to walk back the save file to before I freed the wind giant?

Not sure, chieftain told me to go back to the village and we'd talk but when I went to the village we didn't talk

Thinking maybe since I didn't do the first cutscene the game thinks I haven't freed the water giant yet so it won't let me do the cut scene for the wind giant?????

i'm trying to think of which cut scene- did you do the one with the earth giant opening the village?

Yes, and where he enchants your tools, but I haven't gotten any others beyond that other than the ones from freeing the water and wind giants

Unless I'm just assuming there's more cutscenes and there aren't any after the earth giant?

so there's other quests they give you- like someone will ask you to help them go into the town but you need to trigger a scene with archie first (i think is teh requirement. like 98% sure you have to see archie in town first)

so like- they dont each have their own cut scene- if you're not getting mail from them- there's nothing else
