been trying to upgrade my pickaxe (first it upgraded my watering can instead which was fine) but then it crashed when i was trying to upgrade my pickaxe and it happened twice

hi!! yeah i did but i wasn't able to get a screenshot of it tho. i did try restarting again after a while and its fine now! thank you
