So... I fully expect this answer to be "no", but figured I would at least ask. I backed the kickstarter when it came out. When I did my survery, I chose the console version (knowing that it would be a while). Unfortunately my console is starting to have some issues and I don't know if I will be able to afford to replace it. Is it at all possible to swap our backer choice to get a Steam key instead or will I need to purchase a copy of the game on steam? And if I do need to purchase a copy, will I still be able to get my backer rewards or am I outta luck on that?

FAQ says no but it also says to email support about any questions related to it
