Happens quite often after having played for a few ingame days.. does not seem to matter what i've done as it happens after i've mined, farmed, tilled, whatever.. probably the 15-20th time this has happened now

Have to exit and restart the game after every 1 in-game day, then it does not seem to happen, feels like after you've been playing for a couple of days it is more likely to happen, as if the game caches too much at that point or something
