Hello! I moved into a new apartment last week and have not been able to access Coral Island ever since. I get this crash before the menu even opens. I have tried running Windows Updates, graphics updates, I verified my game files on Steam, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. I have been able to play another game, Diablo IV, just fine.

Hi @rancid moon! it seems you experienced a different crash from Ellana.
Based on the crash log you received, there seems to be a compatibility problem with your device's graphics card. you can try updating your graphic card before you run the game.
When you were using dedicated graphics before and the problem occurs now, it's because we need more power with every update.
We will have optimization near the full release later, but we can't promise that the minimum requirements will be like the beginning. We are currently running minimum requirement tests, we will announce the results when we have them!
Try this? My boyfriend zipped this so if it doesn't work we can blame him.
