Hi, the game crash all time when i'm going to bed... and i do restard my day all time... 5 crash in day ... can you fix that ?

So when a crash happens, your game will usually close by itself and a window will pop-up containing a bunch of codes with option to 'send and close', that codes are your crash log 😄
Can you also please elaborate in what you usually did before the game crashed? 😄

Eriska- idk if you guys are noticing it- but i see a pattern with the better graphics cards crashing more and more than the not go great cards
Like i have a 1650 and outside of beta- i crash at most 1 time between major updates

i cannot say that for sure- i'm just seeing a pattern with people who have the 3k and 4k series vs me who doesn't because poor LOL
i know next to nothing about computers outside of how to use them- just wanted to point it out to the team though

Hi Pix, thats a good observation, but unfortunately this particular crash seems to happen randomly on any kind of setting and graphic cards. we do check each crash code and their repro steps to investigate the real cause of them too
and the we're currently working and investigating similar crash to what Cyrielle received 😄
