hi! so my aunt and i have just had the same issue. we both are on the Moon Cake festival and both of our games froze. not at the same time, but same day and same general time period. Also can not exit the game, even when pressing the Windows key and hovering my mouse over the game icon and pressing the X. Any tips, lmk!

For the festival freeze, it’s a known bug that a tie during the festival causes the game to freeze. The bug is being worked on.
