Getting osmium

Hi guys !

Here is a new question for me : i saw a lot about getting osmium easylly after level 8 in combat but ... can't reach it
Do you have some clue to find osmium ores ? I find some once and never after

No no, not after level 8 combat, osmium ore is in fire mine
We grind out combat in the fire mine and sell the ore for money

Yup, i saw after lvl 8 we can have a reward that transfoms golds ores in osmium !

I just have to keep goind in the fire mine and farm so ? 😄

I think there’s some misunderstanding

Each mine has its own ore
Earth = bronze
Water= silver
Wind = gold
Fire = osmium

These are completely separate from combat. You do not have to fight stuff to unlock the next mine, you can horde rope to move through the floors.

Now level 8 combat grants you the slime of transmutation which will turn gold ore into osmium BUT you’re going to unlock the fire mine long before you hit level 8 combat

The Slime of Transmutation is most useful for turning gold kelp into osmium kelp. Because Osmium kelp does not directly have to be collected and there are only 2 ways to get it and one of them is this one.

At level 8 combat mastery you get the "Slime of Transmutation" crafting recipe that lets you transmute 3 kelp or bars of a certain quality to a higher quality.

But to put this in perspective, over the course of grinding for level 8 combat mastery, I got over 800 osmium bars. If you just mine all the osmium ore you find while grinding combat, you'll end up with a ton.
