Hello there; I know there have been a number of crashes at all times during the game, and I won't keep adding mine, just for now. I have had quite a lot of crashes that happen just after I "go to bed", the last one during the cow competition. I save and restart each time, saved the report for this last one, thank you for doing your best I know to end this issue!

so in sum, this crash happens when you go to bed on the same day as the cow competition? 😄

Have you tried exiting the game after each save each day and restarting. So far that's worked for me as a temporary fix. Fingers crossed it keeps working.
