Character freezes with arm in air while diving

I've never done this before so I apologize in advance if I'm doing this incorrectly.
My character keeps freezing when I go diving with the arm stuck up in the air (like in the middle of the clearing stuff with a scythe action). I have not had any problems anywhere else in the game and it is only when clearing seaweed. The first time it happened it was almost directly after I got into the water and hit one piece of trash. The second time, I almost cleared an entire area before it froze again. Everything else moves fine (the little robot, the anchor moves when I click x etc.) it's just my character stuck in the clearing animation then eventually the game crashes.

Hi @wise dagger! do you have any screenshot of the bug? does it happen when you were holding a scythe?

I don't have a screenshot but if it happens again, I'll make sure to grab one! I think I have the crash code? That was the giant block of text under where you write the details of your report right?

Yes that's it! did you end the day with unstuck button or just wait it out until the game day ends by itself, then the crash happens?

I ended the day with the unstuck button both time. The second though I almost wasn't able to as the game completely froze. I was afraid I was going to have to force shut it down but it unfroze itself (character still stuck) and then I did the unstuck button

on PC you can find your save file by following the filepath here: C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames 😄

nope, the save file will still contain data from your previous day save so you can find it, then drag and drop it here 😄

or if you wanna finish the day too, that wont be a problem!

as long as you dont move the save file out of that folder 😄

then click at the top where it says roaming and click appdata

@wise dagger Can you send us a recorded video of you triggering the crash by using "I'm stuck" button while diving? Maybe try it once a new day start immediately so if it crashes you won't lose any progress? 😄
