#How to make Nina stay at Coral Island

I’m new to this game, and I just met Nina on Summer. But, on Fall she start disappeared. Is there a way to keep her on the island?

She visits only for the first year, then resides at the villa after that. I don’t think her staying is contingent on any interaction or heart level.
