Distinct Romance Events?

Hey guys, sorry if this question has been answered before (and I searched the tags but didn't see it), but are all the 28 romances distinct from one another? I know there are romance events and that each character has different likes and dislikes, but when you get into the romance aspect of the game, does it feel like you're dating different people with distinct personalities or do the events blend together? Thanks!

i dont think we'll have a good answer to this until 1.0 if i'm being honest. i put the new roadmap out so you can see why i think that lol

idk if we'll get the full romance experience with 8 hearts and then marraige at 10- so maybe we'll know more at beta
