I have 2 Pioneer keys for Steam, is there an option to exchange one of them for a Switch key?

I’d emailed a while back to ask about changing my second key from Xbox to switch and they told me No.

Hmmmm, looking at my pledge it says I now have 2 steam keys and no console key. I know I didn’t originally order 2 steam keys. Maybe after one of my fussy emails they swapped my Xbox key for a steam key. There’s no documentation of it though as far as I can see. I do have a screenshot from 2022 showing I originally had an Xbox key though. So Frustrating. I’m sorry.

I don't even know when they switched my keys around. If I still had my xbox code I'd trade you in a heartbeat! Now we both because I'm super not a pc gamer at all and actually gave my other stream key to a friend... soooo damn it! lol
