The hats in this game as so cute but I hate being bald while wearing them. Are the devs planning on fixing the hair under hats so we're not bald? I just want a cute baseball cap with long flowy hair 😦

No and unless they make new textures to just include hair- it isn't happening unless someone mods stuff. They'd have to go in and create thousands of new models for hats as each hat would have to be replaced on each hairstyle. So take the number of hats times the number of hair styles.
Most likely mods will come for stuff like this
It's just not a simple fix
Just so you can see. It's been talked about. I KNOW the devs have seen it. It runs a risk of offending a lot of people because they pick the wrong one :/

Thank you for responding to this! I figured it would be better to ask than to spend time sorting through the discord for an answer. I'd love even if they just had a braid down the back with some hair left in the front as the base hair style for hats. I'm sure it would be a ton of work to go through and redo every hair model, but it would make so many people so happy 
At least a braid could symbolize most hair types in as non-offensive of a way as possible? They've been doing wonders on diversity and I hope it might be something they're able to consider in the future.
