In my game play I was noticing that the three letter grades are all in D (Ocean, Museum, Heritage). I haven't been doing much for donating to the goddess spring and cleaning up the ocean (waiting for mermaid update), but I still donate to the museum.

I know the letter grades for all three was much higher beforehand, but things have slowed down after I got the C rank for the town in Winter 1. I'm heading into my second winter but I just noticed this. Wasn't sure if this was normal, that you really have to keep at it or if this was a glitch.

summary - the visual trackers we see are based on x/100% of ranks

the higher the next rank, the more points (point values are a hidden item/unseen - but in the game data) required to hit next level

so higher level appear to not progress much/progress slower
