I tried to change key bindings but I messed up and now I cannot change back, if I try to set back as default and press apply it changes tab. I can't press escape since it doesn't change the key backs.... Can I solve this ?

I'm having the same issue as well! When I try to press apply it puts me in another tab and escaping the menu doesn't allow me to save my changed settings

The only workaround I found is to do your bindings on controller so that the switch menu isn't bind on the same key as the the apply one :/ I don't think there's a current fix for it otherwise

So you can't like pick a new key to bind it to or anything?

I'll try to record it on obs, but asically I can bind another key, but when I go to click on apply, it switches the tab (because I like a dumdum used e to switch tabs) it saved like that, now that I want to change it I can't, it switches the tab, doesn't apply it and if I press escape it save "this won't save do you want to continue?" so either I leave my messedup bindings or I get stuck in the menu forever

odd question- have you tried to uninstall and reinstall? that sometimes resets all settings to default

I think it's a problem for people using AZERTY keyboards rather than QWERTY

Having E/A to switch menus is common with this keyboard (idk if that's the OP's case as well?) and because the default key to apply options is also E, having both bind to the same key causes an endless loop that prevents you from changing your settings completely

highly suggest doing an uninstall -reinstall. i know it's a pain but it hopefully works. i'll watch that in a sec

@hoary garnet @grim harborI found a solution, going through the gamefiles I erased the GameUserSetting File from the advice of tech savvy friends and it reset everything once I launched it, creatting a new game setting file
