I got this yesterday, right after New Year Eve festival.. Hard lock.. Couldn't exit game.. Had to turn off PC to get out.

I only got it once in v 0.4-686. Haven't had it since the v 0.4-687 hotfix

Still have the gaming hanging up when I pass the root bridge but no crash following
