#what to do when energy falls below 0?

my energy is at -1 and i cant do anything. i cant interact with anything, i cant even go inside the house... is that suppose to happen? do i just wait for my character to faint? tia

Can you eat anything? That should restore some energy. If that doesn’t work, you could try reducing energy further or wait out the day until you faint
