Are all offering able to be completed at this point in time?

Nope. The first altar can be finished. The second altar all can be finished except sea critters because sexy shrimp and sunflower sea stars still not available for now. The 3rd 4th, some of them not be able to finish. I guess the 3rd one can’t finish the fruit plants (durian, apple, almond with silver quality cant be obtained now). The 4th altar i think cant finish the one that requires peacock feather, llama wool. The 4th altar also the rare crops still not cant be finished now because cactus seeds still not available for current update
