Crash after opening the start menu while fishing at the dock

I'm currently fishing, and then I opened the Start menu, but suddenly the cursor couldn't be moved and a pop-up appeared like the one shown in the attached image.

Repro Rate:
I started the game again but haven't encountered any crashes so far
