Hi, found this little guy's and he looks like he want to be petted. Is she/he an available pet or just a buddy to see hanging around? Cuz I love otters I'm kinda sad I can pet them.

Only wildlife and other NPC pets are seen around the island. Pets should be in pet shelter of community center whenever they become available. No indication the wildlife can be adopted.
