Is there anyway to level up my combat skill quicker? seems to take ages to get up to lvl 8 for the slime of transmutation

Same! Barely level 3 and no matter how many monsters I fight, its barely leveling up. If you find out anything let me know too!

Yeah. I know the rewards for the max level combat skill are a little OP at this point in development but the scaling still seems off to me. Especially since I think they'll be considerably less overpowered after Osmium Kelp can be found through diving. I really hope they adjust the scaling of that at some point before 1.0

i'm honestly wondering if you guys are bugged cuz it isnt' htat bad on new saves- still takes a bit but it isn't that bad

like by the bottom of the first mine im' at least level 1 almost level 2 and i've done 4 files to test that out

now it does take more experience each level- idk the exact number but like if getting to level 1 needs 100 exp- then level 2 need 200 and 3 is 300 as an example

I did a new save. I finished off all 4 shafts, have over 200 osmium and have been farming the fire shaft a couple of days a week to sell osmium for gold and kill all the mobs I see and I just barely hit level 4

I definitely feel like the amount of exp that the monsters drop, is just low compared to the amount needed. Ive been playing since beta dropped on steam and ive just hit lvl 5
