#Where can I find gold kelp? And should I continue to play the game at the it's current state?

Hi, I'm still new to the game. I have some questions I need help with the game. I tried to look up online, but there's not much info to help. So the active community is my last resort.

  1. I see that there's Sprinkler level II that requires gold kelp, but I can't find it anywhere else besides Ling's lab which is quite expensive. Can anyone suggest how or where to find it rather than buying from Ling? It will help with farming a lot.

  2. Should I continue to play or grind the resources at the game current's state? I don't know if the game has like a deadline for some current events/festivals or not. I really want to continue playing it until further updates, but I'm still worried I'll miss something after I progress further in the game.

  3. What's supposed to be Year 2 Spring day 2 event? I'm very curious because it's not been implemented into the game yet.

There is no event on spring 2 for any year that I know of

The devs do their best to make every update fall into place regardless of how far you are so you shouldn't have issues. The beta testers give out information to let you know what you need to do to trigger the events
