So I passed out because I stayed up pass midnight and I was about to make it to my bed but ended up just next to it when I passed out, the next morning I got a letter stating I was still charged a medical bill because "Yuri had to carry me home" is this a bug?

That’s the feature, not a bug - if you don’t get into bed and put yourself to sleep it triggers the medical letter

I mean, I get the game mechanic but I do always find it hilarious when I don't quite make it and pass out next to the bed and sunny finds me passed out in the middle of the night. Why are you in my house sunny!?
